My sister lives in Ellis County. I used to live in Arlington, but ended up in Oklahoma due to a job change a few years ago. I've looked for land down by my sister, but I guess I'm cheap and greedy - I want ten to twenty acres a lot cheaper than I see down in that area.
I've been looking over in northeast TX the last few days (online, that is) - there's a lot of land in Cass County for sale that looks tempting... now I just want to know why so much is for sale.
