10 acres ranch in Elgin, TX, about 26miles east of Austin. We bought this ranch in Sept, 2013.

The property used to be farm land, and has black clay dirt. There are no large trees on the property. We just finished installing 4' high non-climb horse fence all around the property. Our next project will be build a pond or a barn. We would like to make it a working farm. My husband has a full time job working as a IT programer, I run a small shop on Etsy. We have a vision for this property, but we need some help to make it happen. We are opening to partnership if you have the ability to make this dream come true. Prefer male or couple

Living arrangement:a guess house with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom

We are interested in organic farm product, raising diary goats, pond, bamboo grove (I love bamboo), alternative energy, self-sustaining life, etc.

We also own a 10 acres property in upstate NY where we spend summer time.

We just bought a property with 10 acres of land in upstate NY(a little less than 5 acres of cleared land and the rest is wooded). There is also a creek running through the property year-around. We would like to make it a self sustaining farm. We need one person who can help us with all the works need to be done in order to make it a working farm. I am looking for people with farming experience such as organic gardening, installing fencing, caring animals, or is handy man type as we will need to build a greenhouse etc.

Compensation: room and board plus a weekly stipend of $100 stipent.
