This is amazing. I'm going to be taking a year off school next year (2013-2014), trying to find work experiences on a permaculture-inspired farm. I love your vision, and I really, really want to spend time working with you. I am a permaculture enthusiast, I'm currently taking a PDC course, and I love sailing. I'm not a super experienced farmer, but I have spent time working in an orchard, in my garden, and on other small farms.
