The stack is right inches round and is about 20' high. It's now about 5-6 ft above roof.. Yes, there is an intake. It's a 6" square and on bottom left side behind the faceplate so you can't see it in pictures... It feels like it draws good, but at anytime you open the door it will smoke.. I usually open intake wide open for a few minutes first and this helps but doesn't stop it.. Yes I've had some real hot burns and I'm in Southern KY so the stack is warm and I never let it go out. I keep it burning around the clock.

It's just a typical wood stove, just large.. It's inside my shop with a 8" stack going out.

Hey guy,
I'm new here and I'm really struggling with a wood stove I built. I built it from a 300 gal propane tank.
I got plenty of pictures if anyone needs them. I get awesome heat but when I open the door it smokes like crazy... It's made like a double barrel with a 18" pipe laying on top of the tank.. I took the baffle out of the top tube, I added 4' to my stack yesterday and none of this help at all...
Please help...
