Let's assume for a moment this is going to be a reality, I think if the chance materializes on the show, Paul should mention that people in any city or environment can have success in permaculture, and seeking out local people already involved in permaculture is a great way to gain hands on access to the craft.
My thinking is that if "millions" of people watch Paul on the show, and decide to pursue some permaculture, all of us already practicing permaculture could potentially have an influx of inspired people looking to us all for help, and a lot could get done.
