This thread is so exciting! I live in Burlington and am currently looking for a place to farm/practice permaculture. I am a PDC graduate and have worked on a couple of farms in Vermont and Maine. I am interested in growing food and building a demonstration site with education for adults and kids, as well as a perennial CSA. I envision creating something similar to D Acres (
