The "Early Bird" launch started in September. We were told the regular launch was to begin in October, but then Bill Mollinson died, which affected the start of the course for everyone.
The Early Birds are waiting for the launch like everyone else, as the course will not officially start until all are registered and ready to go. We are told it will happen soon.
