In the five or six months they have been part of my lifestyle, my quality of life has improved dramatically. Because of the damage done to my hands when working as a die-maker, I used to suffer from bouts of "trigger finger" and Reynauds disease. Not only have my hands improved, other portions of the body that were complaining about not being 40 any longer are cooperating with a full regimen whenever I ask.
I have run out of seeds and done without them for a week. Never again!
