Thank you, Roxanne. So appreciated.

Anyone with goats tried this? Our problem is farm is only 16 acres. No way to fence off goats (bark and leaf eaters first and foremost). Are we back to t-posts, net and barbed wire and big bucks to protect each tree. When we saw Holzers youtubes on the sauce, we actually took the 200 t-posts.back and got a refund. These 24 expected fir trees will only be 24 - 30 inches high. Goat owners, any ideas to protect the leaves? ?? Thanks.

Trying for years to start trees on our treeless Texas farm. Biggest pdoblem 2 horsss and twenty goats. Always find ways to crash thru fence barriers plus goats find ways to get horns caught in net fencing, horses giraffe necked and just push thru fencing around trees. Also don't like dangers ot-posts all over pasture for galloping horaes. For starters this will be on 24 2' Afghan pines ordered from state to arrive In March. Wanna try bone sauce but cannot find answers to my questions:

1. How much can I dilute bone sauce with vegetable oil and still be effective?

2. Is it effective immediately or do I need to pot trees away from animals and pasture for a while? If so, how long?

3. Does it just protect the wood only? Anotherwords,  will the goats/horses atill eat the leaves anyway and still kill the tree?

4. If used on fruit trees, is the fruit still marketable and edible?

Thanks.
