Hello! My family and I are new to permies.com but have been interested in and learning about permaculture for several years, and, most recently plant/tree guilds and food forests. We're on a 5-acre mostly wooded lot in SW Ohio and our long-term goal is the rehabilitation and restoration of the property (part of property was a dump for trash decades ago) as well as to establish tree guilds , perennial/annual gardens and coppice agroforestry areas.
