For anyone else looking at the Saguache area, definitely visit there during all seasons before purchasing. It is very dry and hot in summer and windy all year with lots of snow in winter. A very harsh climate. I have friends who have in the past or do currently live there. Also there was some concern over water issues... (gonna have to remember exact details)
