South Arkansas, Timberlands here. Although I do have some property up in the Ozarks mostly around Hardy and Spring River (some 3-7 acre parcels for sale). I'm interested in building down here in Monticello once we pay off our house and 5 acres in a few years. Just saying Hi and hoping to make contact with others in the Natural State.
