I am a senior and cancer survivor. I grow my own food to eat organic. This summer I ate kale at least once a day from kosmic kale. I eat my dandelions and sorrel.

What are your Top 10 Favorite Plants?

My new favorite perennial is kosmic kale. I ate from it 3xs a day all summer and am dehydrating it now as fast as I can.
