I just found this site in the last few months and I am looking to design several food forests at my farm in Leicester, NC. I'd appreciate any tips you may have, and I'll be starting a thread about my pasture to Food Forest conversion project shortly. I would definately be interested in being able to trade/work exchange for plant cuttings and knowledge about what works in this area!! I am interested in focusing on native medicinals as my pasture is chock full of burdock, yellow dock, chamomile, bergamont, chicory and many others.
