Hi, I currently live in las vegas. My dream is to return to my midwestern roots in southern Indiana to start a small farm business with my wife and friend. We have started with nearly zero experience. Despite being in Las Vegas we began our backyard garden and aquaponics projects for hands on education. We've been knee deep in self education, pulling largely from youtube and online sources with several paperbacks making the reading list. We are highly interested in pastured poultry as a startup. I look forward to joining the permies community to learn and share our journey.
