Seeking BC West Coast Land Partners: I am in the inial stages of networking to co-create a permaculture-based, rural, land collective on the west coast of Canada. i live on Denman Island, which is a small farming, progressive and artsy place, just south of Courtenay. I am looking at buying a 9 acre piece, can buy it outright and then help folks move on, with generous financing. This land is very private, undeveloped, on a huge freshwater marsh, close to the ocean and to a big lake up the hill.
