Hello, I just happened upon your neat site as I was checking for other listings in Southern Colorado. Pardon my intrusion but I have a piece of land very near (if not the same access road) as M Wolfs land. This is 40 acres with water rights and access easement. I do own 50 percent mineral interest but, that does not convey. I moved back east,I live in( Benson NC) and I will never use this land. taxes are about $211 per year. Nearly the same exact views as M Wolfs estate. I have a price in mind as per a talk with a realtor about the property but send me a private message or email me

I would just keep it but I want to offset the cost of an addition to the house as I know have 2 kids and the wife wants more! Thanks for your time I hope I am not being inconsiderate by posting this.
