From August 2014 until February 2015, we are going to build 6 Sustainable Earth Domes using the Superadobe/Earthbag building technique.

People from all over the world have already signed up to help with this project, and we have space for more people.
Imagine learning how to build your own home using earth as the main material. This is a truly sustainable building technique.

We will be building these homes together: Making adobe mixes, building the domes, plastering, making bottle walls, clay sculptures.
You will learn how to use and store the energy of the sun to keep you warm, harvest water, grow your own food and build your own greywater filtration system.

We organize a number of workshops on Earth building, starting at just 475 euro including excellent vegetarian/vegan meals. There are also internship and volunteering programs available during this project.

We have been asked to design and build 17 superadobe domes and 5 earthbag vaults at an eco resort in India.

The construction will start on August 15 and is estimated to take until February 8.

We can offer both volunteering, workshop, internship and apprenticeship programs.

It's that time of the year again for announcing our workshops and volunteering opportunities on Earthbag Building, also known as superadobe;

- Volunteering;
From August 15, 2014 - February 15, 2015, we are going to build 15 earthbag domes in India.
If you would like to learn to build your own earthen house and help us make this happen, we look forward to building these homes together with you!

- Earthbag Building Courses
During 7 days, we are going to build an earthbag dome from start to finish.
This workshop will cover all aspects of Dome construction.

We organize workshops and facilitate building projects around the world, from Africa to Europe, Asia to USA.

You have to be able to pay for your own food in between projects and pay a 300 euro/month apprenticeship fee for the first 3 months.
