We're a group of locals in San Antonio, Texas looking to create a self-sufficient and resilient ecovillage. Currently, we are in the process of buying 100 acres in the western part of Bexar County outside of the San Antonio city limits. The parcel has a nice selection of flat and hilly sections as well as pasture and woodlands. For the infrastructure there is grid electricity, well water, septic, fencing, and various structures. The location has the benefit of being in a nice corner of the county but having access to the big city within five minutes of driving.

We are in the process of acquiring the property and would like to find others who would like to buy in as owners. We are seeking one to three others who could invest between $100k to $150k. If you are interested, please contact me for further details.
