I've got an acre and a half of wooded land in southwest Georgia that I've been trying to sell for a year. I'm asking $14,000. It's got an extra-wide driveway and a culvert pipe. Could hook up to water and electricity or go off-grid. No deed restrictions, county OK with cob homes (so probably other types of building as well). Mobile homes/trailers also OK. We lived there in a tent. Chattahoochee River right across the street, it's very wide there. Lots of boat launch areas. Very quiet little southern town, on which this property is on the outskirts. An hour from any city with a sizable population, but grocery shopping and necessities can be done right in town. Very nice soil quality! Can grow such a vast variety of plants here. And unlimited clay supply for cob building! (Property located in Clay County). Anyway, I was hoping somebody might have some advice on how best to sell it? I'm trying to not spend anything on listing it, and it's totally FSBO. I've got it on Craigslist and Zillow. Or..let me know if you're interested!
