I am beginning to build a tiny house in southwestern Nova Scotia (Canada) where it is pretty damp and cold. I am not interested in having any electricity in the house which makes finding a simple, safe alternative for cooking somewhat of a challenge. I have looked at wood stoves, propane, alcohol and just about everything else. They are so expensive it is ridiculous!!! Does anyone have any ideas how to make this work? Am scouring kijiji and various online sales all to no avail. Getting desperate now.... help!!!
