That's a great idea with the oven. That's also a great idea about about finding a small car and building it up from the main chassis. Would save me a LOT of work. Shouldn't I be able to change the looks of the vehicle by doing a little welding in certain areas? I found out that the local community college has a welding class. Being able to weld would certainly make my life easier. Thanks for the idea!

As for frames, I have no experience, but for most things I build I scavenge pre-engineered items. For example I am using a scraped electric oven as the chamber of my wood fired oven, rather than re-invent the wheel.
You might want to source the carcass of a very small car, like a miata, strip that down and rebuild it
