I'm interested in hearing problems/solutions for issues related to logistics. Lets talk:
1. Material & personnel transportation
ie: What kinds of public/personal/material transportation are best for a particular community and how can/should assets be shared?
2. Outside purchasing
ie: Is it best for outside purchasing to be a shared responsibility and, if so, in what capacity?
3. Goods procurement
ie: When offsite goods are procured, what are some preferred methods or procedures?
4. Materials management
ie: What types of materials should be stocked and managed by the village, and how is this managed?
5. Shared and personal inventory storage
ie: Is it better to share certain goods such as equipment and materials? What kind of storage and distribution methods are the best?
