Thanks Jennifer. I'm be been following your thread on high and dry older lists. Robert Nold's list is going to come in handy when planting berms and rain gardens.

Brad is a high energy and detailed in his approach. I expect the attendees and Earthship build / design and greenhouse staff alike to be inspired and after working with him.

Brad Lancaster's Plant The Rain Workshop at Earthship Biotecture AUGUST 2014

[size=12]To everyone who isn't a master hydrologist and could learn to be more efficient with water on site. Join in the design and installation of Rainwater Harvesting Permaculture Earthworks at Earthship Biotecture headquarters in Taos this August 12-17th. In a bioregion where 15" of annual rainfall is optimistic shouldn't more of the rainfall be used wisely?

Brad Lancaster will be leading the co-design on the landscape in the Greater World Earthship Community where there is flooding during heavy rain events. The site also experiences significant runoff and little vegetation.
Together we'll transform these problems in to resources.
