I am living in Nepal and have been to a recent meeting on what is the best solution to rebuilding Nepal after the earthquake.
Immediately we are looking at short term solutions. Short term there needs to be waterproof shelter to survive the monsoon rains.
I was hoping the collective thought power of permits could assist by putting their permanent permaculture things to a short term solution so that it is done intelligently enough to support any medium and long term efforts.
Additional things to consider is cooking, sanitation and water purification.
