You have posted something that looks very much like what I have been planning for some time - the ten acre homestead.. The only thing is that I had never previously thought of WV - I am on the opposite coast from you.
Anyway I notice that your posting is dated more than a year ago so perhaps my first question ought to be: are you still looking?
