I only have R-1 for the walls and R-2.65 with a radiant barrier for the ceiling.

This thin layer is just to make use of the air pockets in the corrugated walls and will be separated from the actual walls by a 1/2" of air on the walls and ceiling


The actual insulation total will be R-15 for the walls and R-40 for the ceiling.

Yes it's 40' long just under 8' wide and 9' 6" tall. With a 4'x 8' soon to be greenhouse supported by the doors.

Hello, I have a 40' high cube shipping container that I will be living in this winter at 43 north on the east coast. The only window in the container is a 6' patio door facing south that will open to a 4'x8' greenhouse supported by the the container doors.
I would like like to build a rocket mass heater for the container but I am concerned with the air tight nature of the container. What RMH plans would be a good size for 320 sq ft living space? And how do I get fresh air to the RMH?
