I am at 41° North and I want to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers all year round. I want to increase more summer solstice sun to encourage more growth period so that throughout of the year it will continue producing fruits. So I would have to reduce winter solstice sun approx to 75% and increase close to 75% of summer solstice sun? Will that works? If so, what's steepness angle for transparent roof must be at? If not, what's the best approach with Walipini to support grow out of climate perennials? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
