Hi permaculture friends,

My partner and I are looking for land in the Ozarks, preferably south eastern Missouri near the Current river. We'd love it to have potable water and some south facing slope for gardening. We live off the grid so no need for electric. Ideally, it would be near state or national park land or LAD land. 10-30 acres at $1000 per acre. If it is a lager piece of land we'd love to have another family join us. Small town nearby with a farmers market is a plus, or other homesteaders in the area. Please let us know if you have any ideas!

My partner and I are currently looking for land in south east MO near eminence. Where are you located? We are looking to buy land rather than lease or do a work trade but we are keeping all options open and are trying to make connections in the area.
