Others have said some of this, but it's good to know that more than one person has the same opinion.  I can't sit on my computer to read this like a book of this nature (I would categorize it as a fund to read text-book).  This, of course, then ties into the inability to save my progression/stopping point. Lastly, the Table Of Contents isn't linked to the sections they represent, so if I wanted access Chapter 31: Natural Swimming Pools, subsection "Keeping the water clean" quickly, it's like trying to hit a moving target as the reader lags.

I agree, they are freaky cheap, unfortunately they also only fly in/out twice a week. Cheap, but too restrictive.

I'm interested in coming up for this workshop and have discovered flying from San Diego to Missoula is not the simplest thing. I'm now thinking of flying in to Spokane and driving over. Any advice or someone driving in from an easier to get to location?
