To everyone else, there are a lot of permaculture projects in the Philippines.
Not much have internet access or are really open to general permies.
The most famous one is in Nueva Ecija, run by a belgium native called Bert Peeters.
There are more, spread around different sizes and implementations. If you are really looking to visit places you will have to befriend some of the locals and get them to refer you (it's a small world)
