You could try horsetail to cleanup soil. It can take over and be harmful if eaten by livestock but it will accumulate toxic stuff like pesticides in soil and is used to clean up toxic spills. It's root travel deep into the earth so it will stick around. I believe you can mulch with it if it wasn't used in remediation of the soil. Provides a lot of micronutrients.
