dont have any experience with your climate , however here in ne ks. any sun after 2 or 3 in the afternoon is not good. the july august sun will cook the tomatos on the vine.
if you can find lambsquarter seed and sow it in your pig lot it will be up about the time to get your feeders. it will be the first thing they will eat . and will come back every year because all the seeds do not digest.pigs in the apple orchard.

if you let your sweet potatoes go through a frost they will probably be all right. however next spring you will be fighting wild vines all over the area.
plant #10 looks like an amaranth. leaves are spinach , seeds in the heads are edible seed , tiny and crispy and hard to winnow. there are many varieties of amaranth . mostly edible the common wild one that grows around here is very good spinach , very mild.
the one i grew this year has large dark red flowers /seed heads . now drying in bundles in open top plastic bags to catch the seed.

cattails grow from rhizomes that are much like a sweet potato but very stringy . harvested and eaten by native americans . pigs would probably love them . and end up removing all the cattails. the first shoots in spring are very good they have a core about pencil sized that is delicious. i speak from experience.
