That is going to be quite the relocation! I live near Westfield NY in Chautauqua County near Lake Erie. Bought 73 acres here 30 some years ago and have tried a bunch of permie related things, now we are semi retired at 60 and are well settled. I just joined here because my wife and I are considering helping another couple or person get situated on the property- we are here for the rest of our days hopefully.
