Hi Satamax, I found the problem.
The gap between the riser and the top barrel was not correct. Only 1 cm..! I had to put away the barrel fot the measurment.
I shall ulpoad images later.

I live in Southern Italy.
I prayed for finding a bird in the chimney... All the tubes are clean and just a little soot inside of the barrel.
Next week end I'll try again using a different pellet.

thank you for your help.

I removed the barrel and everything was ok. The tubes and insulation ok.

I didn't cut the plate because an enginner (when I built the stove) suggested me it was good to slow down the smoke and heat up the barrel. ANyway it worked.

I think - and I ask you as well - maybe the stove needs a long time to warm up after a lot of months?

I have got the same problem with my RS the second winter.
I built it in january 2016. All was perfect: the rocket sound, the heat, the steam.!

Unfortunately the last winter the stove - after 15-30 minutes of combustion - begins to send back smoke from the feeder all. It seems like the riser is not enough strong to suck the flames.!

It's very strange. The masonry is the same. THe tubes are clean....

Anybody can help me?
