Guinea fowl and honey bees.
My friend's guinea fowl from next door have decided that they like my garden too, so they are now a shared interest. I am finding them fascinating and quite pleased to be sharing them but my worry is that they may eat my bees - i have 2 hives in my garden and last summer we had a big problem with magpies picking live bees off the step of the hives. So far, so good the guinea fowl seem to stroll past without noticing them - but will this last?
We live on a farm so the guinea fowl can roam a big area. We have a temperate climate so probably not so much wild food around in winter.
