There is currently nothing yet on the the site, it is purely the land and the the waters and the Company (which owns the land) which has been authorised by the local authority to set up a Tilapia farm.
There are no assets included in the price.

The map showing the 20 acres of water is the area has been reserved as extra space beyond the 5 acres allocated to the company. This area is available for the company should they wish to extend the farm, however they would not be able to extend further than that 20acres shown. It is kind of like a 'Buffer Zone.'

The land adjacent... The lake is large so if you are asking about the land directly opposite, it wouldn't really make a difference. However there are some farms operating in the area.

Any Fisherman?? There are fisherman in the local area however I have not counted them individually. Many of them are simply sourcing food for their family, and are not really competition.
If interested in the Business, you would have to carry out your own Risk Assessment on how to prevent theft, however many of the Fish Farming companies in Ghana build little huts on the water near by the cages and have a security guard on duty 24/7 as well as solar CCVT operating.

Other foreign companies successfully opperating.. Triton Aquaculture, Tropo Farms, Delta Fisheries, West African Fisheries, Laveroff Farms... to name a few.

I am not looking for investment, I am solely selling a Company that was set up by an international to set up a Tilapia Farm. Again, should you be interested, you would need to do your own checks and have your own Risk Assessment set up to be sure you are not being ripped off.
As the business was registered under an international, the majority of the hard work has been done, gaining permission from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Volta River Authority, to name a few authorities.

As for the 3 villages, the land that we have bought will be completely vacant and the people residing there are 100% aware of this. They have agreed that once work begins in the area, they will relocate. The rights of the occupants have been discussed with the Local Chief (The previous Land Owner) and they are aware that they will have to relocate.
The Workforce? You would have to check this out for yourself to see if they are qualified enough to do the job you require them to do! Of course people in the area need a job to do, however that would be down to your recruitment matters.
