Hello All,
I am involved in a project in Nicaragua (Matagalpa) and we are wanting to grow mushrooms (indoors and outdoors) on our site. I am looking for good resources to help guide our design process including anyone who has had experience growing mushroom successfully in the tropics or in a climate analogous zone, books or guides, websites, courses & seminars etc... very excited to learn what is possible and design this system.
