I’m originally from Missouri but now I’m basically confined to Los Angeles for a while to come, pretty much because of my area of work. I’m looking for people with similar interests in this gigantic city. Perhaps that could mean finding a house and sharing a backyard garden, just garden talk, sharing tips etc, or a relationship. I’ve started a garden a little under a year ago and had a great time harvesting veggies and fruits. It’s super hard to have a lot of plants here because of the space needed, and a community garden doesn’t sound fun. Letting my dog play in the backyard while I tend my garden is a dream!

I’ve always wanted to live in the wilderness, grow food, Hunt, fish, etc. Perhaps this can come in the form of a vacation home? Looking for like minded people for banter and chat. I’m a motion graphics designer and animator, so a tech person by day and a gritty green thumb by night. Anyway, hope to hear from some of y’all.

Hey there. I'm Jon. I'm 26 and live in Los Angeles as a designer for motion graphics and television shows. I was born in Missouri and love nature. I would love more than anything to live with a partner (wife) in a cabin in the woods, in a wild atmosphere. I'm tired or reliance of emails, checking and updating apps, making clients happy,  etc. I want to live simply with no distractions and fill my day with hunting fishing trapping and gathering materials to live by, with the occasional trip to town for some minimal supplies.

I like the idea of Alaska because of its uninhabitance and vast landscape. I know it's cold there, and in St. Louis my hometown, it snows a lot so I'm used to show. I would love to find a partner that shares the same amount of love for the wild, and the same appreciation as I do. I believe God made this world, and every good thing comes from Him.

I one day would like a family, living minimalistic. I'm open to meeting anyone that shares similar interests. I'm attractive, and often I grow a mean fiery red beard to boot.

Hey there. I need advice. I don't know what to do. Maybe someone can help.

I'm a 26 year old Christian, and I was raised in Midwestern Missouri. I was given a talent to design and that is my main source of income, living as a designer and animator in Los Angeles. I don't like the city and crave the simple natural outdoors once again. However I'm making good money, but living here is just not worth it and I miss values of the Midwest, going on hikes, hunting and fishing in the wild. Etc. I'm looking for a person, friends, advice, anything I can get to help me along the way. I would love to live somewhere off the grid, by myself and a partner, and raise a family but my ultimate goal is a complete life fulfilled by tasks to live and survive, but I don't know where a good place to do this is or know anyone else likeminded, as I'm new! (Hello!)

I guess what I'm hoping to get out of this is to meet someone else that is interested, prices of necessities in different locations temperatures, or gain knowledge of the subjects of where is a good place that is friendly or newcomers, easy dealing with permits making cabins, moderately good temperatures to survive in, good soils etc. I was thinking the northwest USA and even Alaska perhaps. I want to be alone, in nature, with a wife and kids later down the road when it's settled. I absolutely am fascinated by fish, always have been and always will be. I could fish everyday all day long. I love water just as much. Any advice welcome!

Hey if you're still out there biking along:

I'm 26 and I want to build a home somewhere in the north west USA, possibly Alaska but not sure. I'm currently working and saving towards a plot of land somewhere. I'm from the Midwest and have southern values. I want to live in peace. I love cat fishing, mudding, arts and crafts (I'm a designer by trade) and hunting. I would love my own land and garden and goats roaming around.

Hey there. I'm Jon. I think your little one is absolutely adorable and I love the idea of raising a family on a homestead. I'm 26 and working on buying land soon, I currently work in the entertainment industry and want out. Raised in the Midwest and looking to start something simple, in nature. Jonjaytaylor@gmail.com

Howdy. I'm 25 and I was raised in the Midwest in Missouri. I want to enjoy nature the way God intended. I'd love to fish for food, hunt for food, and grow my own as well in my own gardens. I'm currently working saving money to buy land, working in the entertainment industry. Big difference I know, but I want out and to live and raise a family in nature with another partner. I'm attractive and I'm very serious, looking forward to this lifestyle that is much simpler, similar to my home. I don't like paying for "luxuries" to live. Anyway, I love travel, dogs, and nature and I'd love to live off the grid. Jon.
