My partner and I are currently looking for land in the Ozarks. We sold our home in Kansas City and so we'll be buying with cash. There isn't a whole lot for sale in our price range. If you have any interest in buying a larger parcel together then it might save us all some money. Larger parcels sell for less per acre than smaller ones.
