Thank you so much for your reply! I have been at it all day trying to get a straight answer and Google search only seams to bring up how to save seeds which does me no good.

Yes, I do have plenty of seeds to save from prior batches and future batches (tomorrow's,) thank you.  I am concerned though that the others I have saved did the same thing and I didn't catch it in time before they dried out and the sprout shriveled to where I couldn't see it.  They are just little tiny sprouts barely visible unless you're examining for issues.

Hello Permies!

I recently canned a very large batch of tomatoes and saved the seeds.  I let them properly ferment after which I cleaned and let them dry a bit.  After the they have been laid out for 3 days drying I noticed many of then are starting to sprout.  We are in the middle of moving so space is very limited at the moment so they are on a paper plate drying.  My question is can these seeds still be saved for next year?

Anyone have any experience with starting a microgreen business...particularly Texas? I've been digging on the internet and calling every state department about this and I keep hearing different things or nothing at all.
