Hey Seth- are you still interested in getting something going? It's been a few months but just came across your post. We are looking for the same thing- hopefully not too far outside of the metroplex either.
We've got friends out in Quinlan who love it- it's got more trees, a little more land contours to work with, and some lakes and creeks around. We're hoping to find something similar but not as far away.
