I am also looking to purchase a piece of land for homesteading near Dallas, I am also willing to pay the 4,500 - 5000 per acre. I would want to purchase 10 acres. Please reach out if and or when you do decide to make these moves. Its very hard to find small plots for homesteading. Alot of research has to go into finding the perfect land. if anyone has any suggestions or links, I would appreciate the help. thanks.
