I am a PDC Realtor in North Idaho and I have a client who wants to move to Crescent, but needs someone who will find a property for him that is south facing, has surface water, no CCRs or HOAs, water rights, timber rights, plenty of solar exposure (south facing), mild slope... you get the idea. This is the stuff I do for my clients and I need my doppleganger in Oregon...
Anybody know who to refer me to? I really do appreciate your help!
