Hello,
My partner and I are looking for work on a homestead for at least through the fall time. I am an Oregonian with much experience in growing plants. I have worked on farms in California, Alaska, and in Chile. I have some experience building greenhouses and more experience managing them. I have a degree in Soil Science, so all of my work that I do with the plants is from a wholesome perspective because I believe in first feeding the soil. My first farm experience was on a farm that practiced "Korean Natural Farming"- a school of farming that feeds the soil through hand-made fermented inputs. I am as well an avid fermenter, and I enjoy the farm-time operations of preserving the harvest. My partner is Chilean and has experience working with Holistically Raised sheep (for wool and for meat), cows (for meat and for milk), and horses. He is currently working in training and breaking horses. We both have worked with large scale pasture-raised chicken operations as well. We are looking to work for some people whom share the same values as us. A place where we can use our skills that we have and also learn new ones. We would like to work for room and board, as well as a stipend if possible. Please feel free to respond with any questions at all!

My partner and I are looking for work of this sort, if you are still looking for help for the rest of this summer and through the fall. I am from Portland, Oregon and have much experience working growing vegetables and various fruits. I have a degree in Soil Science and have worked in agriculture in California, Hawai'i, and in Chile. I have some experience in permaculutre through helping on the farms of friends, as well as through a permaculture club at my university. My partner is Chilean, and has grown up working the land all of his life. we are both passionate sustainable agriculturalists, and would greatly love to help with this project of yours. We have experience with all sorts of plants and animals, as well as experience for preserving the harvest for the colder winter months as well. Would you still be interested in having help this time of year?
