We're a private, happy couple looking to make our place in the world as safe and serene as possible. We do everything with the customer/employer in mind and give them exactly what they need when they need it. No challenge is too great for this team! Property caretaking and management is what we are looking for. We will treat your property as if it was our own. We are clean, organized, and efficient. We are not clock watchers, therefore we have excellent time management skills and understand when tasks need to be completed. We want you to feel comfortable and free to enjoy your time and property that you have worked so hard to achieve. We are looking for a long term, paid, live in position that we can grow with and help grow. We are mainly looking for jobs on the west coast, but are open to other areas if it seems like the right fit. We are no strangers to hard work, but at the same time do not want to be taken advantage of. We want honesty and clarity on what direction you want to go with your property and how we can help you get it there.
He brings decades of experience in maintenance, ranch management, construction, home and RV service/ winterizing, and is an industrial machine specialist. I, bring 20 years of experience in the restaurant, bakery and hospitality industry. I have held positions from line cook, pastry chef, bartender and housekeeper. I enjoy cooking, baking and gardening. He is always happiest fixing something or woodworking in his shop. We have recently managed a motel, restaurant, and Rv park and are looking to expand our experience. With backgrounds from Montana and Colorado, we understand climate concerns should this relocation call for it. We are prepared to give it our all and our understanding of business practices is thorough, concise, and efficient. As they say "devil's in the details" and we pay attention to all of them.
