Duh... all the important information:

I am in Grass Valley, CA.  I could arrange delivery within like a 6 hour drive.

Price: this is negotiable, ranging on a spectrum.  Low end: you pick up as-is, to high end: I cut it back down to 8ft wide and deliver it far away, with the likeliest option being somewhere in between.  I would like to net $3500 to recoup a portion of my own sunk costs.

I don't have decking.  My next step would be to add an expanded metal mesh under the plastic to support the floor insulation, and then install the subfloor.  (The spray foam insulation kit is also up for sale here: goldcountry.craigslist.org/mat/d/foam-it-green-spray-foam/6750131420.html )

I began a tiny house project, scored a great trailer for cheap, put a ton of work into it, and circumstances changed for me such that the build is not realistic.  It's a great trailer, and I'd love to let it go to someone who is looking for a project of their own.  It was once a mobile home in the 50's.  I bought it from a salvage yard, scoured and painted it, rewired the brakes, installed a jack, and began joisting the subfloor.  

Odd caveat: I was planning for a tiny house that is 10 ft wide (move it once and park it), so I added a foot onto each side.  This also allowed the rim joist to be supported at 4 points on each side rather than just at the corners.  If someone is excited about this, I'll leave it, but if you want to tow it around, I can cut the extensions off.  Please message me if you have questions.  I genuinely want to sell this to someone who is excited to take this to their own project.  Way way cheaper than a new tiny house trailer, solid and sturdy.
