I am not sure if you have found someone to fill your single mom partner. I currently live in Florida and am ready for a serious move. I am a single female with a 7 yr old girl. I do have some experience with gardening, carpentry, electrical, and am not looking to keep myself in this rat race any longer then needed. I hate it and want out!
