Earth-work focused robotics with AI would be a great application. High complexity but very efficient - long-life components and full lifecycle of energy from solar/wind/battery would more than support it as a sustainable tool for permaculture. Being able to improve land 24/7 with accurate control to cut swales or build dams. With the 6-axis robotic arms from the likes of Kuka you could have it plant seedlings too.
