What do you suggest for the pipe running from the well to the house?
We used some black plastic 1" stuff but I think it collapsed under the weight of the back fill only a couple of feet for now, it had 2" pink board on top of it, there depth is 5 feet.
I'm  thinking of sleeving the pipe with 2 inch pvc to keep it from collapsing. Also the DNR website said to put in a tee and run the well pipe up 12 inches over ground. I assume that is to shock the well in the future...

The pump is about 15 to 20 feet from house. The old well and pump were in the basement.

I live in Northern Wisconsin and have a sandpoint well (22 feet down, 1/14" pipe) that we just replaced. My question is to build a well house for the pump or run the pipe inside the house and put the pump inside?
